Zetec SE Engine Tuning

 

RM-0 and RM-1 are aimed at the older engine. If you have a strong engine and want a bit more power look at RM-2, 2+ 2+HD and if youre looking for even more noise and power, you should think about RM-3, 3+HD and 4. If youre absolutly mental and money isn't a worry look at RM-5Race!

RM-0  ~£420 Fitted

 

RM-0 is our lightest tune. The restrictive standard air filter is replaced with a K&N high flow pannel filter. The exhaust is replaced from the cat backwards with a stainless steel Piper system to achive a subtle, mean exhaust note! +2-3BHP

 

RM-1  ~£950 Fitted
RM-1 is our most popular. The restrictive standard air filter is replaced with a K&N high flow pannel filter. The full exhaust is replaced with a stainless steel Milltek decat race system to achive a Racey rasp! +6-8BHP
 
RM-Conversion  ~£1000 Fitted (mk4/5 fiesta only)
RM conversion is the best way to quickly gain power. We fully remove the 1.2/1.4 or 1.6 engine and replace it with a low mileage 1.7 unit. Expected power is ~125BHP. The cost also includes a Full service (K&N air filter, pollen, fuel and oil filters are all changed) 5 litres of frsh 5w30 oil and a new aux belt is fitted. (cambelt and waterpump inspected before fitting)
RM-2  ~£700 Fitted

The next level. A high flow air filter is fitted as before but then we fit fast road camshafts along with a new cambelt and tensioner. Exhuast can be changed at extra cost. +10-14BHP

 

RM-2.5  ~£1000 Fitted
A high flow air filter is fitted along with race camshafts new cambelt and tensioner. Exhuast can be changed at extra cost. (Add HD bottom end bolts for £125) +15-25BHP
 
RM-2+Race  ~£1400 Fitted
A high flow air filter is fitted along with race camshafts new cambelt and tensioner, the exhaust is swapped for a full Milltek decat race system.(Add HD bottom end bolts for £125) +30-35BHP
 
RM-2Race+HD  ~£2100 Fitted
All RM-2+ modifacations plus the cylinder head is removed, cleaned, ported and polished. New stem seals are fitted along with a new headgasket, HD bottom end bolts are fitted and the sump cleaned and refitted. A choice of inlet manifolds for more power. (Add HD valve springs for £250) +50-70BHP (After remap)
RM-3  ~£2300 Fitted (plus options)

Standard engine with Omex 600 engine managment and direct to head Jenvey ITB's. potential for future modifacations is greatly increased also induction noise is to die for! +30bhp

 

RM-3Race  ~£4000 Fitted (plus options)
Omex 600 engine managment and direct to head Jenvey ITB's, Race camshafts, new cambelt and tensioner, ported and polished head, rasied compression, raised fuel pressure, new injectors, oil breather system and 5 litres of fully synthetic 5w30 oil and a new filter. Expected power is 180+ bhp with a full exhaust system and mapping
RM-4  ~£POA

Full engine rebuild to any natural aspertion custom specifacation. HD bolts, springs, pistons and rods, lightened flywheels and HD clutches, custom camshafts, HD belts and tensioners.

 

RM-5  ~£3500
Turbo kit. Adjustanble fuel pressure, intercooler and hard piping, decompression plate fitted with new gaskets, metal inlet manifold and ported throttle body. UNIchip Q ECU and loom, new cambelt and tensioner. ~180-200BHP
 
RM-5Race  ~£POA
Anything you can dream up!
